Project Management Office (PMO) Lead

Lead - PMO

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support PMO governance and reporting activities. 
• Prepare templates, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews. 
• Collect and validate project data from site teams for IT and digital projects. 
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables. 
• Maintain project documentation and ensure version control. 
• Assist in risk and issue tracking for projects. 
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives and IT enablement activities. 
• Job may require relocation to project sites as per business needs. 
• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards during project activities.
• Support to the other team members on all projects, applications and management reporting related tasks and preparation of reports. 

Expected Qualifications:

• MBA (preferably in Project Management, Operations, or IT Management). 
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience:

• 2-4 years in project management, PMO, or IT/digital projects.
• Exposure to reporting and coordination activities is desirable.
