Lead -Process Assurance

Cross-Functional Workshops and Process Mapping:
Participate in and help facilitate workshops to document current processes, identify gaps, and map ideal workflows. 
Support the creation of visual process maps and reports that serve as reference material for BU teams.

Project Velocity and Delivery:
Track and update project timelines for assigned BU initiatives, flagging delays or potential risks early. 
Coordinate small-scale tasks to ensure BU-level process assurance projects progress smoothly.

Support and Issue Resolution:
Act as the first point of contact for BU teams facing day-to-day challenges in process adoption or implementation. 
Escalate complex issues to the Lead while ensuring smaller problems are resolved quickly and effectively.

Self-Assessment and Validation Exercises:
Assist BU teams in carrying out process self-assessments to measure adoption, identify inefficiencies, and highlight improvement opportunities.
Help compile findings into structured reports for review by the Lead.

Grassroots-Level Culture and Adoption Support:
Encourage on-the-ground acceptance of processes by explaining their purpose, benefits, and usage in simple, practical terms. 
Actively participate in BU-led improvement initiatives to demonstrate commitment and foster trust.

Regular Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of BU processes, feedback logs, and adoption metrics.
Ensure process documents are easy to access, well-organized, and compliant with group documentation standards.

Onboarding and Development of New Team Members:
Support the orientation of new Process Assurance team members by sharing relevant BU knowledge, process documents, and best practices. 
Act as a buddy to help them quickly adapt to the team’s working methods and culture.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Management

Work Experience:
7+ years of experience in process assurance, operations, internal audit, or performance improvement roles
Exposure to process mapping, SOP development, stakeholder coordination, and root cause analysis techniques
Field-level or cluster-level experience in supporting transformation projects, preferably in the Adani group or a similar infrastructure/utility setup
