Duties & Responsibilities  

• Responsible for Transporters & Agents agreement renewals.
• Arrangement of Vehicle for material Pick up & delivery.
• Managing planned and unplanned deliveries and communication with customers
• Checking & Verifications of Third-party transportation invoices
• Responsible for maintaining records i.e. Proof of Deliveries
• Responsible for packing material stocks arrangements.
• Identify and correct weaknesses in process or system efficiency
• Control costs and optimize processes - able to mitigate risks and improve the bottom line.
• Preparation of Sales order.
• Generation of Tax Invoice and other documents related to dispatch of substrates
• Submission of invoices to the customer as per the customer’s requirement
• Co-ordination with the courier and supervision of pickup boys and drivers for collection, packaging and dispatch of coated / uncoated substrates.
• Preparation of Reconciliation statement of quantity of substrates received and dispatched to the customer, in case of discrepancy and as per customer requirement.

 

Required education, experience, and knowledge

• University degree.
• Good communication and supervisory skills.
• Experience – 8-10 Yrs 
• Communication
• Microsoft Office
• English Verbal & Written communication.
• Interpersonal skills
• Organization skills
