Marketing Associate

Position: Business Development & Operations Executive

We are engaged in the Sales & Marketing of consumable products used in the Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Casting Industry. Our product range includes foundry chemicals, fluxes, coatings, ferro alloys, inoculants, carbon additives, refractory products, metallurgical consumables, and allied industrial products used in iron, steel, aluminium, copper, bronze, investment casting, and other metal casting applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit customers, maintain relationships, and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote and market products to ferrous and non-ferrous foundries, metal casting manufacturers, and engineering industries.
• Coordinate with existing customers for inquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Identify potential customers and generate new leads in industrial and foundry sectors.
• Prepare and submit MIS reports, sales reports, visit reports, and business analysis reports.
• Analyse sales performance, customer requirements, and market trends.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams for smooth business operations.
• Supervise and guide junior staff and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer feedback.
• Maintain customer databases, records, and documentation.
• Assist management in planning, business development, and operational activities.

Required Skills

• Required SkillsGood communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer knowledge including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Email, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and present findings.
• Leadership skills to manage and take work from junior team members.
• Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly.
• Experience in industrial products, foundry materials, engineering products, B2B sales, or technical marketing will be preferred.

Other Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Technical/Commerce preferred).
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Professional attitude with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions confidently.
