We’re Hiring | Marketing Manager / Digital & Events Lead – Life Science & Chromatography.

Ltd., we are a leading provider of chromatography and life science solutions, representing global brands such as Welch Materials Inc. and TLC Pharmaceutical Reference Standards Ltd.. Our portfolio includes chromatography columns, consumables, and impurity/reference standards serving pharmaceutical, biotech, CROs, and research organizations.

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Marketing

Manager / Digital & Events Lead who can drive brand visibility, manage exhibitions, digital platforms, and government marketplace activities aligned with business growth.

🚀 Role Impact

& Responsibilities🔹 Marketing

• Strategy & Brand BuildingDevelop and execute marketing strategies aligned with sales and business goals
• Build brand positioning for Agile SciTech in pharma, biotech, and CRO segments
• Plan campaigns for product launches, promotions, and new business initiatives

🔹 Exhibition

• & Event ManagementPlan and execute participation in industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
• Coordinate booth design, promotional materials, logistics, and on-ground execution
• Ensure high-quality lead generation and post-event follow-up with sales team

🔹 Digital

• Marketing & LinkedIn ManagementManage and grow company presence on LinkedIn and other digital platforms
• Create and publish engaging content (technical posts, product highlights, case studies)
• Run targeted campaigns to generate leads and improve brand visibility

🔹 GeM Portal

• & Product ManagementManage company presence on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) India
• Upload and maintain product listings including chromatography columns, consumables, and standards
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, compliance, and catalog updates
• Track bids, tenders, and coordinate with internal teams for participation

🔹 Content

• Creation & CommunicationDevelop brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and marketing collaterals
• Work with technical and sales teams to convert complex science into simple messaging
• Ensure consistency in branding, communication, and positioning

🔹 Lead

• Generation & Sales SupportGenerate qualified leads through digital campaigns, GeM, and events
• Support sales team with marketing materials, customer outreach campaigns, and promotions
• Track campaign performance and optimize for better ROI

🔹 Market

• Intelligence & Growth InitiativesMonitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior
• Identify new marketing opportunities in pharma, biotech, and research segments
• Suggest innovative strategies to improve market penetration

🎯 Ideal Profile✔ Strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably in pharma, life sciences, or analytical industry

✔ Hands-on experience in exhibition management and digital marketing

✔ Experience with GeM portal handling, product uploads, and tender participation

✔ Ability to manage LinkedIn campaigns and content strategy

✔ Creative thinking with strong execution capability

✔ Good communication and coordination skills

🎯 Who Should

Apply?🎓 Education: MBA (Marketing) / Science + Marketing background preferred

🧪 Experience: 4–8 years in marketing, preferably in life science/pharma/analytical industry
