Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for 4–5 motivated and hands-on Site Engineers to join our growing field team. This is a travel-based role where you will be deployed across multiple project sites Pan-India for installation and commissioning of our plants. If you enjoy working on the ground, solving real problems, and seeing projects come to life — this role is for you.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTravel to assigned project sites across India as per deployment schedule
- Carry out installation, commissioning, and testing of plant/equipment at site
- Coordinate with the site in-charge, contractors, and client representatives
- Ensure work is completed as per technical drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during installation and commissioning
- Maintain daily site reports, logs, and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times
- Hand over completed work to the client with proper documentation
Who We're Looking For
- ITI/ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or related field
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently at remote sites
