Job Description

Medical Biller-AR Caller (IMS is mandatory-Ahmedabad)

- Shift: Night

- Salary: ₹25k - ₹35k

- Education: 12th, Graduation

- Mandatory Skills: Excellent Communication, Typing Skills (25-30 wpm)

- Experience: 1-3 Years

- Age Limit: 35-40

Key Responsibilities:

1. Contact patients and payers to discuss outstanding balances

2. Identify and resolve billing issues and disputes

3. Negotiate payment plans and settlements

4. Update patient accounts and payment records

5. Follow up on outstanding claims and payments
