Real Estate Sales Executive

Shivanand Consultant LLP is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting property presentations, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for real estate sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through various marketing channels, referrals, and networking activities.
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers and investors.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential, commercial, or investment properties.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking, documentation, and customer onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
