Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products, achieving individual and store sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role includes greeting customers, understanding their requirements, demonstrating product features, explaining offers, EMI and finance options, and successfully closing sales. The Sales Executive must maintain product knowledge, ensure accurate billing and documentation, manage stock displays, keep the showroom clean and well-organized, and follow all company sales processes and policies. The position also involves generating repeat business by building strong customer relationships, resolving customer queries professionally, promoting accessories and value-added services, and coordinating with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations while maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
