Job Description:

Technical Skills:

• Practical, hands-on experience is essential.
• Should have experience working on at least 5-6 distinct projects.
• Proficiency in system design, data model design, and API design.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native design and secure-first design principles.
• Solid software engineering skills and experience with Agile practices.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture, particularly Azure.
• Excellent documentation and design articulation skills.
• Strong development skills in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, Python (Added advantage), Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud native services, DICOM (added advantage), Dapper like ORMs, DAPR, Front-end framework (Angular or React), Microservices architecture, Micro-frontends & OWASP.
• Experience with both Linux and Windows development environments.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for code generation & test suite generation.
• Exposure or experience in developing applications using Agentic AI framework architecture is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer) are desirable.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design: Develop and implement robust system architecture that meets business requirements and align with industry best practices.
• Data Model Design: Design efficient and scalable data models to support application functionality and performance.
• API Design: Create and maintain well-documented, secure, and scalable APIs.
• Cloud-Native Design: Architect cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Secure-First Design: Implement security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle to protect data and systems.
• Software Engineering: Apply solid software engineering principles to develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Agile Practices: Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Cloud Architecture: Design and implement cloud infrastructure and services, with a strong understanding of Azure.
• Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for system designs, APIs, and development processes.
• Mentoring: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Design Articulation: Effectively communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and team members.
• Development Skills: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using .NET Core, C#, and/or Python.
• Generative AI Tools: Utilize Generative AI tools for code generation & test generation to enhance productivity and code quality. Exposure to Agentic AI framework architecture.
