Office Boy / Peon

Job Summary:

Sahaj Art is looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy / Peon to maintain cleanliness, assist in daily office operations, and support staff with routine tasks. The candidate should be disciplined, punctual, and willing to take responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises (workstations, pantry, washrooms, etc.)
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
• Handle office errands such as document delivery, photocopying, scanning, and filing
• Assist in loading/unloading materials (if required for showroom or operations)
• Manage pantry supplies and ensure stock availability
• Open and close the office on time
• Support staff in day-to-day operational work
• Handle basic outdoor tasks like bank work, courier, or purchases
• Ensure proper arrangement of furniture, meeting rooms, and office setup

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Physically fit and active
• Honest, responsible, and punctual
• Basic understanding of office work
• Ability to follow instructions properly

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
