We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to support our sales and operational processes through effective coordination, documentation, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end backend operations, including order processing and documentation.
• Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide timely sales support.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, GST invoices, delivery challans, and other commercial documents.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Sales, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
• Maintain accurate customer records, MIS reports, and operational data. 

Required Skills

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST invoicing and commercial documentation.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
