Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to manage our day-to-day order processing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting customer orders received through WhatsApp into structured operational workflows, including invoice generation, purchase planning, delivery coordination, and maintaining accurate records.

This role requires someone who can bring discipline and structure to operations, communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, and ensure that every order is processed accurately and delivered on time.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to prepare invoices and maintain operational records.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp as a business communication tool.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations.
