Operations Executive (Inventory & Dispatch)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage inventory, stock movement, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Manage inward and outward material entries.
• Coordinate product dispatch and ensure timely deliveries.
• Verify received and dispatched materials.
• Perform regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
• Update inventory data in MS Excel or ERP software.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, and production teams for smooth material flow.
• Maintain proper documentation of all stock movements.
• Ensure products are stored systematically and follow company procedures.
• Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel; ERP/Tally knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Experience in inventory, dispatch, logistics, or the solar industry will be preferred.
• Any Qualification preffered
