Company : Garment & Textile
Designation: Pickers & Packers II Helper II Worker II Staff
Job Location : Gota - Vandematram Circle Ahmedabad
Education : 10th to Graduates
Salary : 15000 to 16000/CTC + upto 4000/- Incentive per month
Job Responsibilities:
- Picking products accurately from warehouse/store shelves as per order requirements.
- Packing items safely and properly before dispatch.
- Scanning products using handheld devices/mobile applications.
- Checking product quality, quantity, and expiry before packing.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store/warehouse.
- Assisting in loading and unloading of products when required.
- Coordinating with the delivery team for timely order dispatch.
- Following company safety and operational guidelines.
- Managing inventory handling and stock movement activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: 10th Pass to Graduate
- Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years
- Basic understanding of smartphone usage preferred
Skills Required:
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Team handling and coordination skills
- Physically fit for warehouse/store operations
- Attention to detail and time management
Shift Timing:
- Rotational Shifts : 3:00pm to 12:00 PM II 10:00pm to 7:00 AM
