Position: Site Engineer / PMC Engineer

Location: Shyamal, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience: 4–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer / PMC Engineer with a strong background in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) and/or industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing on-site execution, coordination, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the project site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion
• Manage manpower and ensure effective resource utilization

2. PMC (Project Management Consultancy) Work

• Act as a liaison between the client and contractors
• Monitor contractor performance and adherence to timelines
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project scope
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure availability of materials and resources at site
• Communicate project updates and challenges to senior management
• Maintain smooth communication among all parties

4. Quality Control & Safety

• Ensure all work meets required quality standards
• Implement and monitor safety practices at site
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Maintain proper safety protocols and documentation

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Record site activities, materials, and manpower details
• Prepare measurement sheets and work reports
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and reviews

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of PEB structures and industrial construction
• Good understanding of site execution and project coordination
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good communication and team coordination
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Eligibility CriteriaDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4–5 years of relevant site execution experience
• Experience in PEB and/or industrial projects is mandatory
• Must be comfortable working on-site
