Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise daily production activities in printing and publishing
  • Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines
  • Monitor quality of printed materials (books, study materials, etc.)
  • Coordinate with editorial, design, and pre-press teams
  • Manage production schedules and workflow planning
  • Handle vendor coordination (printing, binding, paper suppliers)
  • Maintain records of production, wastage, and efficiency
  • Ensure proper use of machines and materials
  • Follow safety and company policies
