Job Description
Job Description – Purchase Executive (Field Work)Jay Ambe Enterprise is looking for a hardworking and responsible Purchase Executive for field work in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting suppliers, manufacturers, and markets to purchase products, collect quotations, compare prices, and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit suppliers and manufacturers for product procurement.
- Collect quotations and negotiate prices.
- Compare market rates and identify reliable vendors.
- Place purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery.
- Collect invoices, bills, and delivery challans.
- Maintain purchase records and submit daily field visit reports.
- Coordinate with the office regarding purchase requirements.
- Ensure quality and quantity of purchased materials.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th Pass or Below 10th.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Willing to travel across Ahmedabad for field work.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and WhatsApp.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
