Job Title: Requirment Purchase Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Education

• B.A, B.Com & equivalent.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Computer Knowledge.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel locally for field purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure factory raw materials, consumables, and maintenance items.

• Purchase spare parts for production machinery, forklifts, trucks, dumpers, loaders, and other factory equipment.

• Obtain quotations, negotiate with vendors, and prepare purchase orders.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and stores for timely material availability.

• Follow up on deliveries and maintain purchase records.

• Develop vendor relationships and identify cost-effective suppliers.

• Handle urgent local purchases to avoid production downtime.

શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત

• B.A., B.Com અથવા સમકક્ષ લાયકાત.

આવશ્યકતાઓ

• કમ્પ્યુટરનું મૂળભૂત જ્ઞાન હોવું જરૂરી.

• સારી કોમ્યુનિકેશન અને વાટાઘાટ (Negotiation) કરવાની કુશળતા.

• સ્થાનિક ક્ષેત્રમાં ખરીદી (Field Purchase) માટે મુસાફરી કરવાની તૈયારી.

મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ

• ફેક્ટરી માટે જરૂરી કાચો માલ (Raw Materials), કન્ઝ્યુમેબલ્સ અને મેન્ટેનન્સ સામગ્રીની ખરીદી કરવી.

• પ્રોડક્શન મશીનો, ફોર્કલિફ્ટ, ટ્રક, ડમ્પર, લોડર તથા અન્ય ફેક્ટરી મશીનો માટે સ્પેર પાર્ટ્સની ખરીદી કરવી.

• સપ્લાયરો પાસેથી કોટેશન મેળવવા, ભાવચર્ચા (Negotiation) કરવી અને પર્ચેઝ ઓર્ડર તૈયાર કરવો.

• પ્રોડક્શન, મેન્ટેનન્સ અને સ્ટોર્સ વિભાગ સાથે સંકલન કરીને સમયસર સામગ્રી ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવી.

• સામગ્રીની સમયસર ડિલિવરી માટે ફોલો-અપ કરવો તથા ખરીદીના રેકોર્ડ જાળવવા.

• નવા સપ્લાયરો વિકસાવવા તથા ખર્ચમાં બચત થાય એવા વેન્ડર્સ શોધવા.

• પ્રોડક્શન બંધ ન થાય તે માટે જરૂરી હોય ત્યારે તાત્કાલિક સ્થાનિક ખરીદી (Urgent Local Purchase) કરવી.
