Responsibilities
Physics‑based Models
• Build P2D/SPM electrochemical and coupled thermal models; parameterize from lab data.
Degradation & Abuse
• Simulate SEI growth, lithium plating, abuse scenarios; define safe‑operating limits.
Documentation
• Publish model docs, datasets, verification reports.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
- B.E./B.Tech. in Electrochemical or related
- M.E./M.Tech./MS preferred for advanced roles; PhD a plus for R&D
Work Experience:
- 6+ years in electrochemical/thermal modeling of cells & packs
- Built/validated models against lab data
