As we continue expanding our operations, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to strengthen our quality assurance team at our Ahmedabad facility.

📍 Position: Quality Control Executive

📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

🕒 Experience: 2–3 Years

🏭 Industry Preference: Orthopedic Implants / Medical Devices / Precision Engineering Manufacturing

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspection of Orthopedic Implants & Instruments

✅ Handling and usage of measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

✅ Maintaining inspection reports and quality documentation

✅ Ensuring products meet defined quality standards and specifications

✅ Coordination with production and machine shop teams for process quality control

✅ Identification and reporting of quality deviations and corrective actions

✅ Maintaining compliance with manufacturing and quality procedures

🔹 Candidate Profile:

✔ Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Biomedical, Production, or Industrial Engineering

✔ 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control within medical devices, implants, or precision manufacturing industries

✔ Good understanding of measuring instruments and inspection processes

✔ Strong attention to detail and analytical approach

✔ Good communication and teamwork skills

✔ Ability to work in a disciplined and quality-focused environment
