Quality Control Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer Cum Supervisor to join our team at Arcellor Controls India. As a Quality Engineer Cum Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the quality standards in our factory while ensuring smooth operations through effective supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the factory, ensuring that production processes meet quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Identify and resolve quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Train and guide the team on quality standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals while maintaining quality.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality performance, defects, and improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

• Education:BE Mechanical Engineering, B.Tech, M.Tech, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or any related field).
• Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality control systems, testing methodologies, and inspection techniques.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and a basic understanding of engineering principles is preferred.
