As a Real Estate Commission Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, arranging property visits, negotiating deals, and assisting clients throughout the transaction process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Connect with property owners, buyers, investors, and tenants.
• Build and maintain an active database of property listings.
• Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful transactions.
• Promote available properties through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and networking.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and property details.
• Coordinate with the office team for documentation, agreements, and transaction processing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good networking and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and social media platforms.
• Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
