Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing real estate firm. The role involves meeting prospective clients, conducting property site visits, generating new business opportunities, and assisting customers throughout the property buying process.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales and relationship building.
- Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective buyers and clients at scheduled appointments.
- Conduct property site visits and explain project features and investment opportunities.
- Generate new leads through field activities and referrals.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the office team to ensure smooth lead management and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visits, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Stay updated on company projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and events.
- RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, and smartphone applications.
- Prior experience in field sales, real estate, banking, insurance, automobiles, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle preferred.
