Job Description
- Greet and welcome visitors, client, and vendors in a professional manner
- Maintain visitor logs and reception records
- Coordinate with candidates and handle interview process
- Coordinate internal communication between departments
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing conference rooms
- Support HR/admin tasks such as documentation and record keeping
- Maintain office supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff
- Address visitors queries and provide accurate information
- Ensure a positive and professional company image at all times
