Job Description
- Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
- Register new patients and update patient records.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.
- Coordinate with doctors, patient coordinators, and nursing staff.
- Manage patient flow and waiting times.
- Generate bills, collect payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain OPD, IPD, and surgery appointment records.
- Verify insurance and documentation requirements.
- Handle patient feedback and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Prepare daily reports of appointments, admissions, and collections.
