Recruiter (Punjabi)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter (Punjabi) to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, handling onboarding activities, and managing workforce scheduling to ensure smooth staffing operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
• Manage job postings and recruitment advertising campaigns.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Prepare and manage onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
• Manage employee shift schedules and workforce allocation.
• Coordinate shift rosters, attendance tracking, and schedule changes.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage for all assigned shifts.
• Communicate shift updates and scheduling changes to employees.
• Address employee queries related to shifts, attendance, and assignments.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements within timelines.
• Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets and KPIs.
