🔹 Role Overview
The Banca Channel role involves selling insurance products through bank partnerships. You work closely with bank staff to generate leads, convert customers, and achieve sales targets.
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff
- Generate leads from walk-in bank customers
- Pitch and sell life insurance products
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct customer meetings and financial need analysis
- Ensure smooth policy issuance and documentation
- Provide after-sales service and maintain client relationships
- Conduct training sessions for bank staff on insurance products
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines
