Burger Farm – Team Member Job Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service.

Take customer orders accurately and process billing through the POS system.

Prepare burgers, fries, beverages, and other menu items according to Burger Farm standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining area, and workstations.

Follow food safety and quality guidelines at all times.

Ensure timely preparation and delivery of customer orders.

Refill stock and maintain inventory of ingredients and packaging materials.

Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.

Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints politely.

Work as a team to achieve daily sales and service goals.

Wear the prescribed uniform and maintain personal grooming standards.

Follow instructions from Shift Managers and Senior Team Members.

Maintain punctuality, discipline, and a positive work attitude.

Support promotional activities and upselling of menu items.

Ensure all equipment is used safely and report any maintenance issues immediately.
