We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier & Admin Executive to manage billing operations along with basic administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling transactions, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle billing and invoicing efficiently and accurately
- Process cash, card, and digital payments
- Maintain daily sales records and transaction reports
- Use Microsoft Excel for basic data entry and reporting
- Prepare simple presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint when required
- Operate billing/accounting software (Tally / Zoho / Odoo or similar)
- Perform daily cash reconciliation
Administrative & Support Work:
- Handle basic admin tasks such as filing, documentation, and record keeping
- Assist with counter operations and customer coordination
- Make basic cold calls for follow-ups or customer engagement
- Support inventory tracking and coordination with the team

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with billing software (Tally, Zoho, Odoo, etc.)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Basic communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
