We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to assist customers in our Home Decor showroom. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable home decor products, and maintaining overall store presentation.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers entering the store
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable home decor items.
- Explain product features, prices, and benefits clearly
- Assist in visual merchandising and stock arrangement
- Process sales using billing software or POS
- Keep track of inventory and report low stock items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction
