Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Girl (Namkeen Counter)
Company: Lijjat Khaman House
Salary: Starting from ₹15,000 per month
Incentives:
- Additional ₹1,000 monthly incentive for achieving weekend sales targets (4 weekends)
- Performance-based growth opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
Job Role:
- Handle customer sales at the namkeen counter
- Promote and sell 250–300+ namkeen products
- Assist customers in product selection
- Maintain stock display and cleanliness of the counter
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Manage billing coordination if required
Shift Timings:
- 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Weekly Off: As per company policy
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and confident personality
- Sales experience preferred (freshers can also apply)
- Ability to handle customers professionally
