Store Manager – Retail Apparel

About the RoleLiverpool Clothing is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail experience, and a passion for achieving business targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) standards as per company guidelines.
- Monitor daily store operations, billing, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Control stock movement, shrinkage, and stock discrepancies.
- Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and store hygiene.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Recruit, train, and monitor the performance of store staff.
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in apparel, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of retail KPIs, inventory management, and store operations.
- Comfortable using POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
