Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail experience, and the ability to manage store performance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage overall daily store operations

Supervise and motivate store staff

Ensure excellent customer service experience

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Handle billing, cash management, and store reports

Maintain inventory and stock levels

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors

Monitor product display and visual merchandising

Handle customer complaints professionally

Ensure cleanliness and proper store maintenance

Train and guide store employees

Prepare sales and performance reports

Implement company policies and procedures

Reduce stock loss and maintain inventory accuracy

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree preferred

2 to 5 years of retail management experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Good knowledge of store operations

Experience in inventory and staff management

Ability to work under pressure

Basic computer and POS system knowledge

Target-oriented and customer-focused mindset
