Graduate and above

Good communication Skills

Ready for travelling

1. Working locations will be Ahmedabad.

2. Staying will be with the candidates in their accommodation itself

3. Need to take responsibility of all Gurukul candidates as welfare in the ground 

4. Need to join a retention virtual call with the Retention team for batch placement

5. Before batches arrival need to check & confirm candidates staying accomodation along with retention team in the field 

6. Once a batch arrives, they need to coordinate them from Railway to Accomodation with candidates & retention team 

7. Need to onboard candidates comfortably to Accomodation with required basic needs (House safety, water, light etc)

8. Need to coordinate with retention team/client for smooth onboarding process of candidates

9. Need to coordinate from accommodation to company till all candidates join client 

10. Need to maintain exact & ready data of each batch after placing up to date

11. After placement of each batch need to complete documentation process like joining letters signature from placed candidates & need to submit for the respective team on-time 

12. Need to submit candidates Gurukul wise monthly salary slips of placed candidates to MIS team as required

13. Need to be in continuous interaction with all the placed batches candidates for there any concerns in accommodation as well as in company also

14. Regular visits to Accomodations & follow-up should be done with all the placed batches to maintain exact active & dropout data

15. Dropout should be updated & shared to respective team members Immediately 

16. If any Gurukul candidate is sick or in need of any support in accommodation or company should be recheadout Immediately without any delays 

17. 24/7 Need to be available & should respond for all Gurukul candidates phone calls, Gurukul Principal phone calls, reporting manager phone call for any sort of support in the ground or virtually 

18. Should be ready to support other location clients if required along with a retention team with post approval of reporting manager 

19. Need to take care & should follow the process of Placement, retention & repayments of Gurukul Candidates as per the process note

20. While handling all the responsibilities if anywhere, any challenge occurs beyond her hands, she can reach out to her reporting manager & retention team on the ground or virtually.
