Job Description

• Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in diagnostic labs, hospitals, and research institutes. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Technical Demonstrations: Perform hands-on demonstrations of RT-PCR machines, Digital PCR (e.g., QIAcuity), and automated extraction systems.

• Application Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical training to end-users (doctors, lab technicians, and researchers).

• Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for technical queries or application-related issues at the customer site.

• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on molecular biology trends and competitor activities to provide feedback to the management team.  

• Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers.
