Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Engineer to drive sales and business

development for our manufacturing products. The ideal candidate must possess a strong

technical background in Mechanical Engineering, coupled with proven experience in sales

and marketing. This role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and ensuring

customer satisfaction through effective sales and after-sales service.

Responsibilities:

 Conduct cold calling from the provided database and proactively generate new leads.

 Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.

 Conduct field sales activities to engage with potential and existing clients.

 Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term

relationships.

 Effectively handle client inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions.

 Contribute to business development initiatives and achieve sales targets.

 Participate in strategic planning to identify new market opportunities and growth

areas.

 Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering.

 Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing. Fresher can also

 Technical Proficiency: Strong technical understanding related to mechanical

products.

 Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel and Word).

 Client Handling: Excellent client handling and relationship management skills.

 Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication (verbal and written) and

negotiation skills.

 Other Skills: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and possessing strong business acumen.
