The company is looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to generate leads, manage client relationships, and promote CNC spindles, tool holders, servo motors, LM guideways, and related products across Gujarat and India.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
🚶 Generate new leads through field visits, exhibitions, references, and industrial areas
🏭 Visit OEMs, machine manufacturers, and automation companies
🛠️ Present company products such as CNC spindles, tool holders, servo motors, and LM guideways
📈 Handle complete sales cycle: Lead → Inquiry → Quotation → Follow-up → Order Closure
🤝 Coordinate with internal sales and accounts teams
📋 Maintain daily visit reports in ERP / CRM systems
🎯 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
📊 Collect market intelligence and competitor updates
💳 Follow up for payment collections
🚗 Travel across Gujarat and other parts of India as required
📌 Additional Requirements:
✔ Willingness to travel across Gujarat / India
✔ Basic knowledge of ERP and MS Excel
💰 Salary & Incentives:
💵 Fixed: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 (as per experience & skills)
