Sales Executive(Back Office operations)
Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations
Sales team support
Customer follow-up
Data entry & Excel work
Email communication
Skills : Basic MS Excel, good communication, attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
- Handle order processing and documentation
- Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order updates
- Maintain customer records and sales databases
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, and payments
- Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and accounts departments
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and daily updates
- Handle email correspondence and customer communication
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets
- Ensure accurate record keeping and smooth back-office operations.
