Job Description

Sales Executive(Back Office operations)

Responsibilities:

Prepare quotations

Sales team support

Customer follow-up

Data entry & Excel work

Email communication

Skills : Basic MS Excel, good communication, attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
  • Handle order processing and documentation
  • Coordinate with the sales team and customers for order updates
  • Maintain customer records and sales databases
  • Follow up on inquiries, orders, and payments
  • Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and accounts departments
  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, and daily updates
  • Handle email correspondence and customer communication
  • Support the sales team in achieving business targets
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and smooth back-office operations.
