Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
· Guide customers regarding products, designs, pricing, and availability
· Generate showroom/store sales and achieve sales targets
· Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
· Handle quotations, billing coordination, and order follow-ups
· Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for product availability
· Ensure proper product display and showroom presentation
· Maintain daily sales records and customer data
· Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support
· Support management in smooth store operations
Requisite Skills:
Strong communication and customer handling skills
Good sales and negotiation abilities
Pleasant personality and professional behavior
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Billing Software, Email, WhatsApp)
Ability to handle showroom/store operations efficiently
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
