Key Responsibilities:
Source new home loan customers through direct sales, channel partners, DSAs, and
Builder tie-ups
Achieve monthly disbursement and lead conversion targets
Monitor and guide DSA/channel partners for quality sourcing
Train channel partners on product processes and compliance requirements
Ensure complete documentations as per credit/RBI/NHB norms
Maintain high standards of integrity and avoid any mis-selling practices
Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (full time) (MBA preferred)
0-5 years of sales experience in home loans
Strong knowledge of local market, property documents, income assessment
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good understanding of credit, risk, and compliance processes
Product: Home Loan, Loan against property
Channel: Direct Sales, Branch, DSA, DMA, Channel partners, Builder tie-ups
