Job Description
Generate new business opportunities for General and Health Insurance products.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients and Agent.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and support the sales team.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and renewals.
Identify market opportunities and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and MIS as required by management.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
