Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth through effective management and expansion of channel partners. The role involves acquiring new channel partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and ensuring consistent loan business generation through the channel network.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners to expand the distribution network for loan products (Unsecured Business Loans, Personal Loans, etc.).
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing channel partners to ensure continuous business flow.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through channel partners.
• Monitor partner performance and provide necessary support, training, and motivation to improve productivity.
• Ensure proper login of loan files and maintain high-quality sourcing as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Login Desk) for smooth processing and faster turnaround time.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies to improve channel effectiveness.
• Conduct regular meetings with partners to review performance, resolve issues, and align business goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
