Job Description

  • Generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, and client visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with exporters, importers, and corporate clients.
  • Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services.
  • Prepare and submit quotations to customers as per shipment requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth shipment handling.
  • Negotiate rates with customers and ensure profitable business growth.
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers for repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare sales reports and update customer records in CRM/software
