Job SummaryTripmatrix is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our domestic and international travel products, generate new B2B business, maintain strong relationships with travel agents, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSalesGenerate new B2B travel agent leads across Gujarat and India.
- Follow up on incoming travel inquiries promptly.
- Convert quotations into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with travel partners.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
- Cross-sell additional travel services such as visas, insurance, flights, and activities.
- MarketingPromote Tripmatrix packages through WhatsApp, Email, Social Media, and B2B groups.
- Create and execute daily marketing campaigns.
- Maintain an updated database of travel agents.
- Participate in travel exhibitions, networking events, and B2B meetings.
- Collect market feedback and competitor pricing.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and offers.
- Customer Relationship ManagementProvide excellent customer service before and after booking.
- Resolve partner queries professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with existing agents.
- Build trust through timely responses and accurate information.
- ReportingUpdate CRM with daily activities.
- Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR).
- Maintain lead, quotation, and conversion records.
- Share weekly market updates and competitor analysis.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills (English, Hindi & Gujarati preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Preferred QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or marketing preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Performance KPIsMonthly sales target achievement.
- Number of new travel agents onboarded.
- Lead-to-booking conversion ratio.
- Response time to inquiries.
- Customer satisfaction and retention.
- Daily follow-up completion.

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
