Sales Support Executive

Candidates with experience exclusively in Telecalling, Banking, Insurance, BPO, Customer Support, or Call Center roles are not eligible for this position,

• Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team for day-to-day activities.
• Prepare quotations, Sales orders, order acknowledgements, proforma invoices, and other sales documents.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Follow up internally with production, dispatch, accounts, and stores departments.
• Prepare dispatch documents and maintain records.
• Update ERP software with customer orders, dispatch details, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel and company software.
• Handle email communication with customers and internal departments.
• Support documentation related to domestic and export orders.
• Prepare reports as instructed by senior management.
• Perform general administrative and back-office responsibilities assigned by reporting managers.

• Required Skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email.
• Basic ERP software knowledge is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
