Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Accounting & Finance

• Handle daily accounting activities
• Maintain cash book, ledger, and voucher entries
• Reconcile daily transactions and balances
• Prepare MIS reports and expense statements

2. Billing & Documentation

• Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes
• Ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups
• Maintain POD and LR documentation

3. Bank & Payment Handling

• Manage deposits, withdrawals, and online transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Track outstanding payments

4. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with operations and HO accounts team
• Support branch manager with reports and analysis

5. Compliance & Audit

• Follow company policies and accounting standards
• Assist in audits and maintain proper records
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory norms
