Senior Manager

Responsibilities

 

The role involves monitoring and evaluating vendor-led training programs to ensure quality and outcome alignment, conducting structured audits and assessments, and identifying gaps between expected and actual results. It requires close collaboration with partners to enhance delivery standards, enforcing adherence to defined frameworks, and driving corrective actions through continuous feedback to ensure consistent excellence and impact in training delivery.

Qualifications

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Certification in Training/Quality (preferred)
  • 20 years in training or L&D roles
  • Experience in vendor-led program management
  • Exposure to audits and quality frameworks
  • Understanding of industry skill requirements
