Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager, Supply Chain Europe Business Partner (B12)

Location:  GCC, Ahmedabad, India

Reports To: Global Process Leader, GBS Supply Chain Management

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Europe Business Partner Owns the relationship with EU Zone SCM Stakeholders, ensuring a clear operating model exists between our GCC’s & BU’s SCM Teams to improve the ways of working, improving customer satisfaction, and driving operational effectiveness.

In addition, this role is responsible for executing a Multi-Year Transformation roadmap (Vision & Strategy) focusing on Scope Expansion, Digital & Process improvement initiatives to deliver sustainable savings & business value across the EU Supply chain.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the GBS SCM EU Transformation Agenda, working with Zone partners & Global GBS Capabilities team to prioritize & execute.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement framework across SCM processes to identify opportunity areas, partner with Global GBS Capabilities to execute & deliver value. 
  • Drive SCM Digital Platform optimization & utilization in partnership with EU Digital Product owners.
  • Define & Own the GBS, GCC & BU Governance routines.
  • Drive the Customer satisfaction (NPS) agenda across GBS SCM teams supporting EU.
  • Define & Align the SCM Management & Operating system (Log.os & GBS KHMS) deployment & engagement plan
  • Drive share & reapply best practices between SCM teams in India, EU & Mexico.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years SCM experience Ideally in CPG / FMCG Sectors
  • Experience working in GCC or regional roles similar to CoE (Center of Excellence)
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP, S&OE and Supply Chain principles  
  • Expertise in process improvement & strategic planning
  • Strong knowledge of SCM software and analytics tools

Threshold Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and find effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management skills to lead multifunctional project teams.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and driving operational excellence in supply planning.
  • Establishing & Maintaining Positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Functional experience in FMCG industries is helpful
