Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.
- Handle material inward and outward processes efficiently.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of automation products, electrical components, panels, cables, PLCs, drives, sensors, etc.
- Prepare delivery challans, GRN, and stock reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and sales departments for material requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
- Handle packing and dispatch activities when required.
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) system is followed.
- Required Skills:Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Basic understanding of industrial automation products/components preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP software and MS Excel.
- SAP knowledge and hands-on experience preferred.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
